I would like to welcome you to our website and thank you for your interest in our organization. Nampa Housing Authority (NHA) has been in existence since May 25, 1951, the same

At NHA we understand the challenges facing many people within our community who are working, in a training program, elderly and/or disabled. We are committed to helping those families so they too can share the American Dream of self-sufficiency and homeownership.
The Board of Commissioners and Staff of NHA are committed to providing our residents with high standards of professionalism, both in the housing we provide and the customer service we deliver. Our motto is, "Creating Caring Communities," which encompasses our passion to provide quality housing, and I wholeheartedly believe this to be the very core of our work.
In April 2003 I was entrusted with leading NHA in a direction that would best suit our residents. I took the challenge knowing full well this would not be an easy task. The organization was on the brink of becoming a "Troubled Housing Authority" - a title we did not want. Through the hard work and dedication of the Board of Commissioners and Staff at NHA we are now a "High Performing Housing Authority," a title we wear with pride!
